Garlic Pepper Mayo

                   Garlic Pepper Mayo

At our house we love garlic and finding a good store bought Mayo is very disappointing. It is hard to find and when you do it only has a hint of garlic. I have roasted the garlic made my mayonnaise from scratch. Store bought mayo taste better and is a whole lot easier. I found garlic paste in the store and I can mix up a batch in 5 minutes that used take me a few hours.

This Garlic Pepper Mayonnaise will knock your socks off.

Ingredients:

A quart jar of mayo (remove ¼ of mayo from jar and put away for other uses)
3 tbsp garlic paste
3 tbsp roasted chopped garlic
2 tbsp coarse ground black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil (my oil is garlic flavored, go figure)

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients with the jar of mayo with a spoon. Place jar in the refrigerator overnight to let things blend.
Remember that a recipe is simply an outline; it is not written in stone. Don’t be afraid to make changes to your taste.
This has more than a hint of garlic, depending on your taste you may want to tone this one down. For us, it’s great.

Take it and run with it….
Enjoy,
Ken & Patti
