Cowboys John’s Dip
Our web site has gained a lot in popularity; one of the benefits is that some really fine folks send us BBQ sauce to review.
Cowboy John's sent several that were great and we made some into dip...
You know me, I like it with a little ZING so I put some Chipotle into it...
Ingredients: Mild
Equal parts Cowboy John’s sauce
Mayo
Sour cream
Ingredients: Zesty
Equal parts Cowboy John’s sauce
Mayo
Sour cream
Chipotle chili powder, to taste
Crushed garlic, to taste
A simple but good dipping sauce
Remember that a recipe is simply an outline; it is not written in stone.

this is exactly my "what to do with the leftover 1/4 bottle of BBQ sauce" recipe (except the extra chipotle powder). Makes somewhere around 1/2 cup of dip, perfect for me and MRS my year on the Grill to dip chicken sate.
SO, you like it hot, huh... I just made an uneatable rub (for me). I will be blogging about it later today, but if you are interested, I would happily mail it off
